Yes, the doll is great and the customer service was excellent. She is very pretty, even prettier than in the pictures. I can’t express how beautiful she is. The customer service was very professional and answered all my questions. The doll is heavy until you find the best way to carry it. I found that honeymooning and fireman’s carry worked very well and now her weight is not a problem, but that’s because I’m used to it now.
