It took less than 2 weeks to get my doll, so turnaround time was great. The doll itself was slightly damaged when it arrived, which the seller quickly addressed. He sent me a video on how to repair and will be sending the necessary materials and 2 complimentary wigs as consolation. Great experience in general.
